Refactored tool to use rich framework

Added stats function printing number of open Tasks for every Project
Reworked list function to now display the Tasks in a Table
Implemented automatic completion of things task
Reworked sync function to pull completed tasks from reclaim and push new tasks from things
Added upload function replacing the old sync function
